We clean the wall and footings with commercial mechanical wire wheel grinder, and or 3000psi @ 4.5 gpm high-pressure water jet, and then dry the wet foundation wall with a propane tiger torches.
We treat the foundation area with a basement (rubberized )waterproofing system. We further install a foundation wrap or an optional protection for the new waterproofing. We only use the highest-grade materials proven by the industry. We replace were necessary all weepingtile and cover with 6 inches or more ¾’ clear stone.
We backfill the dirt, soil, and clay, back into the hole using our mini-excavator. It may take time for the dirt to settle in the backfill area.
