No only does my basement not leak anymore but the repair looks neat & clean. That’s important to me as my basement is unfinished but my kids spend a lot of time down there. Had a long, hairline crack in foundation that was leaking water into a spare room. Pierre was very efficient, knowledgeable, & experienced. Pierre, from AquaSeal and his co-worker, came first thing Monday morning after doing a thorough inspection inside and out on Friday. In less than 2 hours, the minor crack in the foundation was repaired from inside very professionally. I was given time to inspect the work at each stage and all my questions were answered. I was relieved that the cost was much lower than if excavation was needed. I also appreciate the 25 year transferable warranty.

We used the services of Aquaseal Basement waterproofing (recommended by our friend then) 4 years ago when we discovered water stains appearing and spreading through the drywall and baseboards in our recently finished (by the previous owner) basement. The appointment was confirmed within a couple of days by email. Pierre has arrived exactly within the time we agreed upon. He was very professional, organized and started working on locating the source of the leakage immediately. He discovered a long vertical crack in the foundation, and repaired it by epoxy injection. Well, 4 years later everything still holds perfectly - no signs of water at or near the areas of repair whatsoever despite going through several of the harsh and long winters. The pricing was very fair too - we expected to pay way more when discovered the issue first. We are very thankful to Pierre and his team for a very prompt, professional and quality service and their help. Shortly after moving into my first home a crack in the foundation caused water to leak into the basement. Not having a lot of money after moving, I looked online to find someone to come and repair it that was reasonable and would also resolve the issue. Aquaseal was quick to respond, and very affordable for my budget. The best part of their service is that the crack repair is lifetime guaranteed and transferable if I ever decide to move. Fast forward 5 years later, I am choosing them again to fix our window wells that are causing an issue in our basement. The original foundation crack they repaired has never given us an issue since. Highly recommend them!! And also based on pricing from 5 years ago to today they have still remained very affordable for the quality of work they provide.
